In second grade my teacher asked me, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"  What a silly quesion I thought - a teacher of course!  With nearly three decades in education my passion for teaching has NEVER stopped. 

I now get to share the passion with teachers, coaches and administrators.  We think about student learning through observations, reflections and the creation of teaching moves.  We take data and observations that have been made, reflect on what they mean in the literacy process, to create a scaffold and system of support.  We link student learning to the teaching activities that we use.
